WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?


We accept payments from all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX, Including in-person purchases through Square.




WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?


We don't accept returns or exchanges. However, please contact customer service (via email) if you have any problems with your order. We'll be more than happy to assist you.




DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?


Not yet! However, this option will be available soon. Stayed tuned!




CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM ORDER?


If you’d like a custom order outside of what is listed on our website, please contact us so we can discuss your request.




WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIME?


Processing time can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks for completion. Remember, these are “made to order” items. May vary depending on the size of your order. If that time has exceeded we will reach out to you via email.




SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS


Shipping arrangements are done through USPS and typically ship within 3-5 business days. If you need your items sooner, feel free to select priority or express shipping.




IS THERE A RUSH ORDER FEE?


There is a $5.00 up-charge if you need your order completed before the 1-3 weeks processing time. If this is the case, please select the “Rush Order” listing. We are all human and sometimes we order things last minute. Please understand these are made to order items (made by hand).
